Andrés is a co-founder and Managing Partner at the AMCS Group, based in Miami. His field responsibilities include US Offshore and Latin American advisory sales. Prior to AMCS, Andrés was most recently Head of Sales for Old Mutual Global Investors (OMGI) for Florida, Texas and Latin America, a post he held since 2014. Prior to OMGI, he was Sales Director at Old Mutual Mexico. Andrés originally joined AIVA, which was an Old Mutual subsidiary, in 2003 and spent more than 15 years developing distribution channels for different onshore and offshore products for Skandia and later Old Mutual in Latin America and the US offshore market.
Chris is a co-founder and Managing Partner at the AMCS Group, based in Miami. His field responsibilities include Global Key Account and Professional Buyer sales, as well as advisory sales in the Northeast and West Coast.
Prior to AMCS, Chris was most recently Head of Americas Distribution for Old Mutual Global Investors (OMGI), a post he held since OMGI’s creation in 2013. Chris began his career at the Skandia Group in 2002. He’s held a variety of senior sales and marketing roles across both firms.
Santiago is Managing Partner at the AMCS Group for South America, based in Montevideo.
Previously he was Regional Manager for Old Mutual Global Investors (OMGI), covering the Southern Cone of Latin America.
He has over eight years of experience in different roles in the financial industry.
Prior to joining OMGI, Santiago worked at Lloyds Banking Group as a senior credit analyst and Banque Heritage Private Bank, in the portfolio management team.
Álvaro is a Sales Director at the AMCS Group, based in Miami. His field responsibilities include Southwest US, Florida and New York sales.
He joined AMCS from Sura Asset Management where he was a Financial Advisor. Previously, Álvaro held different roles at Trafigura and Citibank. He is a CPA from the Universidad de Montevideo and is a CFA Charterholder.
Carlos is Head of Northeast US Offshore Sales at the AMCS Group, based in New York. His primary responsibilities include growing the presence of Jupiter Asset Management and Man group funds with major wirehouse and global bank platforms, while also looking to capitalize on the growth of independent broker dealers. Previously he was President at Dominari Financial, a wealth management rollup private equity venture, where he built all enterprise infrastructure by sourcing and executing M&A deals, focused on the RIA/BD sector.
Prior to Dominari, Carlos also spent almost a decade at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management, where he most recently served as Associate Complex Manager to the largest Complex in the country, supervising and managing approximately 245 advisors. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Carlos held various senior leadership roles in New York at Merrill Lynch, Copernicus Institutional Advisors, Deutsche Bank Securities and Bear Stearns, with over 25 years of experience and deep knowledge of all aspects of financial services business.
Daniel is an Associate Sales Director at the AMCS Group, based in Uruguay. His main responsibilities involve strengthening and expanding the presence of AXA IM and Man Group funds in the region. Previously he held the position of VP Sales Latam Retail for Unicorn. Prior to that, he served as product specialist at Santander Bank in Uruguay.

Daniel holds the CFA designation, graduated as Public Accountant from The ORT University and is Professor of Financial reporting at the ORT University in Montevideo. He is currently an MBA candidate at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella.
Sebastián is a Sales Associate at the AMCS Group, based in Montevideo.
His primary responsibility is to support our distribution efforts both locally in the Southern Cone and across the wider business.
Sebastián joined AMCS from CPA Ferrere firm where he has worked as a credit analyst.
Virginia Gabilondo is the Business Manager of the AMCS Group, based in Miami. She supports the whole of our distribution regions in the US and Latin America.
Prior to AMCS, Ms. Gabilondo served as Group Business Manager in the Premier Assurance (PA) Group and SupraInvest prior to that. She also holds Life and Health Insurance licenses in the State of Florida.
Alfonso is the head of marketing and product at the AMCS group, based in Montevideo. His primary responsibility is to enhance AMCS's marketing platform to support the growing presence in the market of our three partners: AXA Investment Managers, Jupiter Asset Management and Man Group.
Alfonso has over 15 years’ experience in the financial industry and has joined AMCS from Aiva where he worked as Head of Marketing and Product.
